We are currently looking for composite operators for our operations in new and fresh facilities in Nyköping.
We offer the chance for you to grow and learn all about composite. You'll have eminent colleagues who can teach you the profession from the ground up.
You and your future colleagues will work with the entire composite process where the ultimate goal is to create world-friendly and sustainable boats. Production is divided into two different flows, smaller articles such as hatches and larger articles such as hulls.
The work is varied and in the role, you will handle different tasks depending on what is needed at the time.
Heavy lifting may occur.
The tasks mainly consist of:
- Material handling, cut &kit
- Mold handling and application release agents
- Lay-up of prepreg composite materials (glass, carbon fiber, etc.)
- Laser projection systems
- Vacuum bagging and cure
- Curing and demolding
- Bonding and assembly work
- Paint preparations and application
- Repair of composite structures
- Improving our processes
- Assist in development work on future composite structures
Previous experience in the field is required.
You're a handy person with an eye for details and an aptitude for communicating with different types of people and a genuine desire to do a good job.
We also believe that you are engaged, driven, and responsible. You have a clear focus on solutions and work well with others as well as independently.
The following qualifications are a requirement for the position:
- Fluency in English
- Experience from the composite field
