About the role
As the Head of Talent and Growth for X Shore, your main task and responsibility will be to work with the other senior leaders in the organization to find, attract and recruit the right talent we need to continue to build the world's fastest growing electric boat company. Other tasks include
- Continue to build a high-performing engineering team
- Build up a 130 person strong workforce for a boat building factory within 2 hours from Stockholm
- Define and implement personnel policies for a young and rapidly growing company
- Support our talent across skills and professions, from hourly staff to executives

We think you have a broad HR background, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing industry, alternatively a background in the high-end consulting industry. You have a good understanding of the different engineering roles needed to build these type of organizations; mechanical- and electrical engineers, software resources, team leads and manufacturing personnel. We are currently about 35 employees and expect to reach 150 within a year.
The Head of Talent and Growth will be the most senior HR resource in the company and be an important part of building our future strategy for recruiting, growth and personnel, working in the executive leadership team and reporting to the CEO.
We believe that you may have a background in recruiting and human resources, preferably in an industry with hardware manufacturing.

Contract
Full-time, permanent contract with a probationary period.
